Balmain Village Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice which caters for adults and children from all over Sydney and NSW. Our treatment techniques are based on the most current scientific knowledge available within the field of orthodontics so that we can deliver the most effective and efficient treatment possible in a caring environment. Each of our patients is ONLY treated by a fully accredited orthodontist on an individual basis. Our practice promotes the philosophy of non-extraction orthodontic therapy and reflects the most current innovations in the specialty of orthodontics. We proudly offer the option of AESTHETIC ORTHODONTIC APPLIANCES including the INVISALIGN technique. The principal orthodontist is Dr Mark Kebsch who graduated with Honours in both Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Sydney, having been the first person to be awarded the Dental Fellowship Medal by the Royal College of Surgeons of England & was later awarded a Diploma of Orthodontics by The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Mark received an Australian Society of Orthodontics Prize in 2004 for Best Treated Case and has achieved Certification by the Australian Orthodontic Board. He has been appointed as an Honorary Specialist Clinical Associate Lecturer at The University of Sydney where he teaches post-graduate orthodontic students. He is actively involved in orthodontic research and the development of improved treatment techniques.
