Dean French is the principle at Gold Dragon Feng Shui and started his studies into Feng Shui in 1997, while he was working as a Research Chemist for a major mining explosives company. He felt a need to make changes in his life that reached far beyond what he was doing at that time. The training Dean received in Chemistry and experience in research gave him a basis to study Feng Shui from a scientific stand-point. The drive to learn is strong, so Dean is continually upgrading his training. As part of his practice, Dean uses Ba Zi (Four Pillars), Xuan Kong Flying Stars, Ba Chaarp, Yuen Hom Transitional Flying Stars, San He and Qi Men Dun Jia styles. The analysis of so many schools gives a broader perspective of the energy of a building and allows much more to be addressed. Dean has clients from Southeast Queensland through to Melbourne, though he mainly works between Newcastle and Sydney.
