Fitzroy Pilates Studio (FPS) is a family owned and operated business situated in the inner Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy. Set in a beautiful historic building the studio space is a delightfully welcoming space of natural brick and polished wooden floors. We practice an innovative hybrid of Pilates and "Posture and Flexibility" (P&F), which has recently been renamed "Stretch Therapy." Our classes include a range of mat and reformer based sessions aimed at improving core strength, dynamic stability, functional athletic movement, flexibility, and rehabilitation.
