Dr. Nicolas Oddone MBBS MD FRACS is a specialist general surgeon. Dr. Oddone has undertaken extensive training in surgery in America, Europe and in Australia. He has specifically subspecialised in gastrointestinal surgery, endocrine surgery and surgical oncology.
Dr. Oddone specialises in treating gastrointestinal conditions via minimally invasive or laparoscopic (keyhole) approaches.
He performs routinely laparoscopic hernia repairs, laparoscopic cholecystectomies (gall bladder removal), laparoscopic billiary operations as well as removal of the spleen through a laparoscopic approach.
Dr. Oddone spent two years at the prestigious Westmead Cancer Care centre subspecialising in the management of head and neck cancers, endocrine conditions and melanoma and soft tissue tumours.
He is an expert in the management of these conditions and he is well known and recognised among his peers.
Appointments are only made by referral. Dr. Oddone consults on Mondays and Thursdays at QMedical, suite 105, 10 Norbrik Drive in Bella Vista.
