Breathe Wellbeing
Breathe Wellbeing is Melbourne CBD's largest dedicated Yoga and Pilates studio with over 50 classes each week.
In the centre of Melbourne city at 289 Little Collins Street, (in between Elizabeth and Swanston) Breathe is a calm haven, away from the business of the CBD. Somewhere you can take time for yourself, to just be yourself.
Yoga at Breathe
We offer an integrated Hatha style of Yoga, fusing elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions into a flowing practice, with a little more emphasis on precision than traditional Vinyasa Yoga. We also offer specialist Prenatal Yoga classes (see below). Each Yoga class is a different experience, and we welcome beginners as well as advanced students of Yoga. Pilates at Breathe
We offer group Matwork, group Reformer and Small Group (aka Studio Pilates) classes, as well as Private Pilates sessions. You'll be taught by STOTT PILATES and APMA certified instructors, so you'll know you're in the best hands, and your workouts will be varied, challenging and motivating.
Breathe has become renowned for our Clinical Pilates, which can be amazingly effective for back pain from disc injuries (including disc bulge, disc herniation, disc prolapse and disc protrusion), spondylolisthesis, stenosis and vertebral or pelvic fractures as well as diagnosed non-specific lower back pain (NSLBP).
Prenatal Yoga and Pilates at Breathe
Breathe offers specialised Pilates and Yoga classes for pregnancy. Nurture your body, your mind and your baby with this gentle practice that will leave you feeling stronger, more relaxed and more able to face the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth feeling calm and confident.
